subject to change, so please check on departure times 24 hours prior to travel.
Closed flights
Flights are closed 15 minutes prior to departure. This means that if have not checked in, and at the boarding gate by this time,
you will be denied access to the flight and any remuneration for that flight will be declined. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please allow ample time to arrive at
the airport for security checks at the car parks.
Paragon Air, Inc allows each passenger 40lbs of luggage per flight. Excess
luggage
will be taken on a space availability basis only. Charges for luggage over 40lbs
will apply.
All cancellations of reservations must be made one week prior to each
departure time. Any cancellations made within one week prior to departure time
will not be refunded.
Any changes made within one week prior to the flight departure time will
result in a $40.00 rebooking fee, per flight, per person. A Cancellation charge
of 20% of the regular price will be charged on cancellations.
If your flight is cancelled due to weather we will reschedule you on the next
available
flight or in the event that another flight is not available, refund your unused
portion of the ticket. Tickets expire after 6 months from travel dates.
Tickets can not be exchanged for a cash refund.
